First Time?
Here's What to Expect

YOU'RE IN GREAT HANDS (LITERALLY)

We know first appointments can come with a little "what the hell am I walking into?" energy.  So let's break it down for you.

Before You Arrive

During Your Service

- Skip the lotions, oils, deodorant and self-tanner.  We need clean, dry (but well hydrated!) skin for best results.

- Hair should be about the length of a grain of rice (about 1/4 inch).  If you've been shaving, give it 10-14 days to grow out.

- Exfoliate gently 1-2 days before your appointment, not the day of.  This helps lift the hair out from under dead skin cells and makes removal smoother.

- Feeling nervous?  Totally normal.  Our space is safe, inclusive and zero-pressure.  We've seen it all.

- We walk you through everything.  No surprises.  We explain the process and check in with you the whole time.

- Expect thorough, precise work.  This is not your average rushed hair removal appointment.  We take our time to do it right.

- We are the best.  We use the most gentle technique possible.  Body sugaring is less abrasive than waxing - we remove hair in the direction of growth to minimize breakage and discomfort.

The 24 Hour Rule

We strongly advise you to follow our "24 Hour Rule" post sugaring appointment for best results.

For at least 24 Hours Post Sugaring

- Avoid Intercourse (Bikini Area Sugaring)
- Avoid Tanning Beds, Sauna's/Pools, Workouts

- Do not touch your freshly sugared skin with unwashed hands

- No baths or hot showers (cool showers are okay to soothe skin, no suds)

- Do not exfoliate until minimum 48 hours after (your practitioner will give you a schedule that works for you and the areas getting sugared)
