We know, we know...nobody's favourite part of self-care is reading policies.  But just like exfoliating before your sugar sesh - it's necessary to keep things smooth. Here's the fine print...

To keep things smooth and stress-free for everyone, please take note of our booking policies:

Cancellations + Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling.  Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a 50% service fee (charged to your card on file or due before your next booking)

Service Changes at the Appointment
If you arrive and decide to remove or reduce a service, this will be treated as a late cancellation for that portion of the booking (since that time has been reserved specifically for you).  Adding services is always welcome if time allows - please ask at the start of your appointment.

No Shows
A "no-show" (not showing up for your appointment without notice) will result in 100% of the service cost being charged.  After one no-show, there may be a prepayment for future bookings.  
 

Late Arrivals
A 10-minute grace period is given.   Beyond this, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and your full service fee will still apply.

Sugar Riot is a safe, inclusive, judgement-free zone.  Please arrive clean, respectful and ready to riot against razor burn.
